This includes Scope of Works, correspondence, documents and details of work carried out. Please also provide breakdown of all all payments made to date, for all claims i.e. complete file.

Thank you for your information request received on 5 September 2019. You
asked for “scope of work, correspondence, documents and details of work
carried out”. Your request has been considered under the Official
Information Act (OIA) and Privacy Act (PA).
The requested documentation is claim file information that cannot be
released without the consent of the claimant(s). Accordingly the
withholding of this information is necessary to protect the privacy of the
claimants, as per section 18(a) by virtue of section 9(2)(a) of the OIA.
