Can you please detail all information relating to provision of cycling and transit connections as part of the newly started development situated immediately west of Grand Drive / SH1 in the Orewa area.

Transit (Public Transport):
- how will buses connect from Silverdale bus station to the new development?
- do any plans exist to connect any future busway to the new development?
- Timing of all future transit connections to the new development

Cycling:
- connections between this development and the eastern side of SH1 / Grand Drive
- timing of any planned connections
