Please advise if you provided any mediation services to ANZ relating to a
dispute between it and CEO David Hisco. Please provide any documentation
you hold relating to any mediation services provided.

 

I understand you cannot provide the outcome of any mediation, but given
the departure has been confirmed by one of the parities and is of high
public interest, I believe acknowledging whether mediation services were
provided is justified
