Hi John,

We are seeking clarification on your OIA request.

We have interpreted your request made on 19 May 2019, that you want any
guidelines/legislation/rule applicable when the Court Registry is sealing
a judgment that has been submitted by counsel. That is, sealing draft
orders supplied by counsel/lawyers following a judgment of the Court.

Would you please confirm our interpretation and also specify if your
request is related to a specific jurisdiction of the Courts. That is,
District Court, Family Court, Civil Court, High Court etc

Please advise how you would like us to proceed.

Kind regards, Jerram
