Dear Office of the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment,
I request a copy of the letter written by the Parliamentary Commission for the Environment, Simon Upton, to the Ministers for the Environment, David Parker and Eugenie Sage as outlined in the PCE media release date 5 May 2019 'Upton calls for a pollutants register'.
I addition, I request any reports on, or related to, the development of a 'Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR)' for New Zealand, as mentioned by the Commissioner within the media release.
On a final note, I request any data, correspondence or evidence collated by the Commissioner in relation to two of the substance types mentioned within the media release - these being 'glyphosate' and 'neonicotinoids'.
