On 16 April you requested information on gender affirming healthcare
provided 2018.

 

Could you please advise how many transgender people received each of the
following services, specifically for gender-affirming healthcare purposes,
within the 2018 calendar year?

 

- Puberty blockers

- Hormone therapy

- Mastectomy

- Hysterectomy

- Orchidectomy

- Facial hair removal

- Breast augmentation

- Voice training

- Facial feminization surgery

 

This was a second OIA requested on Gender-affirming Healthcare you had
asked for. It was wanting slightly different information to your first
question.

 

On 29 April I replied to your request wanting clarity on what exactly you
meant by 2018? Was the information you needed for Jan – Dec 2018 or Jul
2017 – Jun 2018?  I haven’t as yet had a reply to that question.  Because
you haven’t responded we have been unable to meet the timeframe for
responding to your request as we haven’t had any clarification on the
timeframe you want.

 

Please clarify for us the dates you require and we will finalise our
response to you.
