How many assaults against nurses by members of the public, broken down by each year from 2013-2018.

you requested information regarding assaults on nurses by members of the
public from Hawke’s Bay District Health Board (HBDHB).
Under the Official Information Act 1982, we have 20 working days from
receipt of your request to respond. Therefore we anticipate a response
back to you by 16 May 2019.

an extension of that timeframe. If any additional factors come to light
