Dear Kathleen Smitheram,
Hi there! Thanks for your reply, Unfortunately I was not able to find the information I need among the OIA requests that have already been answered. I am requesting number of assaults each year against nursing staff only. The other requests that have been answered cover all staff with no differentiation in role.
If possible could I be provided with this information? I understand an electronic incident report system was only implemented in 2015, so I am happy to only have data from 2015-2018. As a reminder it was:
