Please provide the following information:

Total number of applicants from 2014-2019 under the following categories: Maori, Indigenous Pacific, Refugee, Socioeconomic and general (none of the previous) to the health programs at the University of Otago including the Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Dental Technology, Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Oral Health, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Radiation therapy.

Total number of enrolled students per year from 2014-2019 under the following categories: Maori, Indigenous Pacific, Refugee, Socioeconomic and general (none of the previous) to the health programs at the University of Otago including the Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Dental Technology, Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Oral Health, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Radiation therapy.

Please notify me in the response if the categories were not applied to program(s) in the years the information was requested for.

This information could be provided in the form of a single table with the programs listed on the y axis (coloumn 1) and the years listed on the y axis (column 2), and the categories listed on the x axis (row 1). The number of applicants reported at each intersection and the number of students enrolled from that application group in brackets. It is fine for the information to be presented in any other way.

I confirm that I am a New Zealand Citizen and that no-one has directed me to make this request, I am making it on my own volition.
