Dear Auckland Council,
Thank you for supplying a single test report for the additive, Sodium hydrofluorosilicic acid. This sole Certificate of Analysis document is not a representative sample.

Can you please supply further Certificate of Analysis documents, eg complete chemical analysis reports for:
A-the last 30 consecutive batch's of hydrofluorosilicic acid you (Watercare) have received
B-the specific Certificate of Analysis document for, the "Composite Q2 2018 Composite", with a date of testing of 18/07/2018.

Please find attached the composite Hydrofluorosilicic Acid (HFA) sample
analysis results for the last 30 batches as requested. We have also
included the batch strength analysis data sheets for the past 30 batches.

 

If you require further information or guidance on drinking water
fluoridation, please contact the Ministry of Health.
