Note: a fault within Auckland Transport systems is apparently causing some email to be silently dropped. This is after it has been accepted for delivery by their email server. We have asked AT to investigate, without success.

AT is still legally required to respond. If you have not received an acknowledgement to a message to AT, please contact us. We will confirm that email was delivered, assist you to make an Ombudsman complaint, and provide the delivery evidence to the Ombudsman investigator.
