Your original request came to our Communications In Box on Saturday 21 March at 12.32am. We apologise profusely but this particular weekend was the lead up to the country shifting to Alert Level 4 of the COVID response and your request was most obviously overlooked. It has now been passed to the relevant Department where it has been logged and will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
