Phoebe Robertson made this Official Information request to Ministry for the Environment
The request was successful.
From: Phoebe Robertson
Dear Ministry for the Environment,
I am following up on OIAD-1764. I have received the Ministry’s response and am seeking clarification on the complaint logging and escalation systems referenced in that release.
Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request:
1. An updated extract from the Ministry’s central complaints logging spreadsheet, covering the period 31 August 2025 to the most recent available date.
2. Any internal guidance, criteria, instructions, or decision rules used to determine when:
(a) a matter is entered into the complaints log,
(b) a matter is treated as an informal concern, or
(c) no record is made.
3. The date on which the complaints log was last updated, and the number of entries added since the version released under OIAD-1764.
If any information is withheld, please provide a schedule of documents withheld and the grounds for withholding.
Yours faithfully,
Phoebe Robertson
