Dear Palmerston North City Council,
I am requesting any documents / records you have including (but not limited) to applications, plans, RMA certificates, titles, subdivisions, amalgamations, concerns etc. in regards to the parcels known or formerly known as 158 and 164 Turitea Road in Palmerston North from January 2018 to present.
To help guide this request, we are interested in documents related to following deposited plans (and any others pertaining to the same land): 599694, 595065, and 592670.

Dear LGOIMA Requests,
Thank you for the response to this LGOIMA. Much of what I expected to see is there. I am writing to clarify my request as some things that I expected are missing. In my original request, I wrote in part:
"I am requesting any documents / records you have including (but not limited) to applications, plans, RMA certificates, titles, subdivisions, amalgamations, concerns etc. in regards to the parcels known or formerly known as 158 and 164 Turitea Road in Palmerston North from January 2018 to present."
I intended the word "concerns' to include documents sent to council from residents of Turitea Valley in regards to the sections at 158 and 164 Turitea Road. Having spoken to a number of my neighbors, I know that they have been writing to council with concerns. I have as well.
