Did I read that corretly, of nearly 1120 staff employed by EQC, only 2 are engineers?
No Geotechnical engineers employed, or contracted to EQC, how can they ever interpret the results or make logical decisions on any drilling results?
How can they brief assessors how to accurately differentiate between what is and is not earthquake damage?
