I request any and all documents related to instructions received by the Solicitor-General from the government of the Republic of Poland to act on any and all matters directly or indirectly concerning Mr Slawomir Ryszard BUJAK.
I also explicitly ask that you confirm or deny that the Solicitor-General has current instructions to act on behalf of the Republic of Poland.
