Before starting any work on a response, I would like to clarify what you
mean by activities. Do you mean activities as they are described in the
Hauraki Long Term Plan,

or do you refer to activities with another meaning? If by activities you
are referring to something other than the activities detailed in the Long
Term Plan, can you please provide some explanation around that to ensure
we are on the ‘same page’.

To clarify, activities I am enquiring about are routine activities, such as road maintenance (which would be something that would be outsourced), or operation of the library (would would be done 'in house')
