Dear University of Otago,
The Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring (CARM)is based at The University of Otago. I would like to request the number of adverse reactions to all brands of statins including fatalities in the period 2001 - 2013 or present date. I understand the method of reporting adverse reactions has changed over the years and accept the format may be different from one year to the next.
If there is breakdown of the type of adverse events that too would be very helpful but the total number would be acceptable.
