91578 Apply differentiation methods in solving problems
91579 Apply integration methods in solving problems

for all students entered for any one of those standards.

The outcomes I am interested are
Not Entered (NE),
Entered - did not receive exam (e.g sick or other wise absent from exam room), (EDNR) Entered - received exam but did not submit exam (e.g. decided not to do it after looking at it), (ER) Not Achieved, (NA) Achieved, (A) Merit, (M) Excellent (E).
