Dear Ms Bates,

I refer to your request for information of 28 February. In reviewing our
response to you I believe the figures provided to be in error. I think
that this is because of the way the system records what happens in between
a CAC meeting and a CAC ruling. I have asked the analyst to review the
figures and I am extending the time limit for this request for this
reason. We will now respond to you on or before Friday 5 April. We should
be able to send you the information before then. I apologise for this
short delay and notify you that you have the right under s28(3) to
complain about the delay to the Ombudsman about the extension.

Regards

David

Dear Information,
The request was made on the 28th February. I was looking for information that was current on that date. i.e 1 March 2019, not 1 April 2019.

Can I have the information requested as at the correct date please?

Yours sincerely,

Susan Bates
