Dear New Zealand Defence Force,
Prompted by the recent announcement by the Chief of Air Force of an honorary commission in the rank of Wing Commander to Dr Michelle Dickinson (posted on Twitter as a 'CAFGram' on 18 Feb 2019 https://twitter.com/NZAirForce/status/10...), I request a list of the names, dates and citations/justifications of all honorary commissions granted by the @GovGeneralNZ by year since 2008.
