Mr Rogers: Under 17(2)(a) of the OIA, would the Parole Board not have to state the reasons for the withholding of the location of the meeting and names of support people involved?

Yes Luke, the govt dept should give reasons for withholding information. The point I was making is that the govt dept can't ask why a requester is asking for info. "I am asking because the OIA says I can".
