On 23 May 2013 you announced that you had approved an access agreement for Bathurst Resources' Escarpment Mining Project on the Denniston Plateau. I would like to request the following information under the OIA:
* All advice and communications (incluing cabinet papers, briefing notes, aides memoire, letters and emails) on the decision.
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.
