Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,

I see any information and correspondence mentioning Animal Evac (AnimalEvac), or such derivatives, held by the Ministry created, received or otherwise, from the period 1 May to 31 August. The information search should so extend to contractors you may have illegitimately used a non-MPI email account for MPI official business/records (which may be a breach of the Public Records Act). This may include but not limited to advice to civil defence entities on engagement, comment or opinion of Animal Evac.
