Dear Queenstown-Lakes District Council,
Can you tell me please does Blair Devlin have a personal association with the planner who submitted the fraudulent application for RM130501.
Regardless of the fact that there is no information recorded or kept by Council pertaining to my neighbours breach of consent, official information includes information which is known to an agency but which has not yet been recorded in writing or otherwise.
If Tony Avery neglected to ask Blair Devlin about his relationship with the planner, who applied for the consent on behalf of my neighbours, then please could he do so.
