Dear Queenstown-Lakes District Council,

Could you tell me please does Blair Devlin have a personal association with the planner who submitted the fraudulent application for RM130501.

Regardless of the fact that there is no information recorded or kept by Council pertaining to my neighbours breach of consent, official information includes information which is known to an agency but which has not yet been recorded in writing or otherwise.

If Tony Avery neglected to ask Blair Devlin about his relationship with the planner who applied for the consent on behalf of my neighbours, then please could he do so.

Dear Shelley Dawson,

Official information includes information which is known to an agency but which has not yet been recorded in writing or otherwise.

Tony Avery had a conversation with Blair Devlin about his relationship with the applicants of RM130501 after I accused him of a conflict of interest.

Council therefore does hold this information and I would like to know the answer please.

Does Blair Devlin have a personal association with the planner who submitted RM130501.

If Tony Avery doesn’t remember can you please ask Blair Devlin himself.
