Dear Department of Corrections,

I would like to request the following information.

1: How many convictions on average does the overall prison population have?

2: How many convictions on average does an offender sentenced to a period of incarceration for their second qualifying offence under the Sentencing and Parole Reform Act have.

3: How many convictions on average does an offender sentenced to a period of incarceration for their third qualifying offence under the Sentencing and Parole Reform Act have.

4: How many convictions have been made for each of the offences listed in the Sentencing and Parole Reform Act.

5: For all offenders who have been convicted and released after their first strike offence, how many have reoffended for any crime (not just those which qualify for a second strike).

6: For all offenders who have received a period of incarceration for an offence which would not qualify as an offence under the Sentencing and Parole Reform Act, how many have reoffended for any crime after they were released (not just those which qualify for a first strike).

Note: For questions 5 and 6, this can be limited to only cover the time period after three strikes legislation was implemented.
