Section 1.1 of Research Paper 0380 - Independent Costings
Jake Preston made this Official Information request to Toka Tū Ake – Natural Hazards Commission
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Toka Tū Ake – Natural Hazards Commission should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Jake Preston
Dear Earthquake Commission,
In section 1.1 of Research Report 0380 dated 20 December 2010 it states, "Independent costing advice estimates a strong positive benefit to cost in following the proposals in this document."
Could you please supply that independent costing advice undertaken prior to December 2010, that shows the analysis of cost and benefit of the proposals contained within research report 0380. I would further like to see all communication between EQC (the EAG) and the provider of that independent costing advice prior to 20 December 2010.
Yours faithfully,
Jake Preston
