Missing consent

Annie Weston made this Official Information request to Queenstown-Lakes District Council

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Queenstown-Lakes District Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Annie Weston

Dear Queenstown-Lakes District Council,

My neighbours at 9 Boyes Crescent are currently pouring concrete over the verge outside their house to create a second double vehicle crossing.

I was recently fined for parking on the verge outside my house - for damaging an ornamental grass plot.

Please can I see the consent for this additional double driveway. It is not on eDocs.

Yours faithfully,

Annie Weston

Dear Shelley Dawson,

Thank you for your reply via a different thread noting there is no consent for my neighbour's second double driveway.

Could you please tell me whether Council intends to discipline them for 'damaging an ornamental grass plot' as you did with me, or will you choose not enforce like you did with their other un-consented development.

Yours sincerely,

Annie Weston
