Dear Auckland District Health Board,

1. Did the ADHB engage a consulting firm to put together a business case around 2013/2014 ?

2. If so, was the company concerned called Epic ?

3. What was the purpose of the business case ?

4. Was there a 'roadshow' involving Epic staff from overseas ?

5. If so, how many overseas Epic staff were brought to NZ ?

5. What was the purpose of this exercise ?

6. How much money was paid to the consultants ?.

7. What was the outcome ? Did the business case go ahead ?

8. Please send any relevant report from the consultants.
