Subject: Official Information request - CtV footage of Accident

 

Dear Ministry of Transport,

 

I was involved in an accident coming off the Southern motorway on Monday
11/06/18 between 9.45 and 10.00pm. I had come off the motorway at Mairo St
turnoff and turned left.

At the second set of lights I went through believing this to be on a green
light. A person turned right which they claim was a green arrow and we
crashed. Could you please look at the footage.
