We refer to your request for information dated 21 May 2018 regarding all
safety assessments held in respect of Oteha Valley Road, Albany.
Your request had been transferred to Auckland Transport on 23 May 2018 and
clarification was sought on 28 May 2018, as the request needed to be
reframed in order for us to respond.
We have not heard further regarding your request and without an amendment,
we have no recourse but to refuse it under section 17(f) of the LGOIMA as
the information cannot be made available without substantial collation or
research.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
