Dear Hawke's Bay District Health Board,

 

By way of OIA  please provide  copies of  communications with Napier city
council in the past two years where the  issue involved  safety concerns
of the  quality of water  being supplied to the residents.

 

Please also supply any directives or recommendations    to the  napier
city council by  your board  which directs the council to chlorinate the
water  .

 

Please also supply copies of any  directives you have issued  as to the
level of chlorination and   guidelines as to  safe levels and  brands or
type  chlorine to be used .

 

also   data for  the past 2 years  of the napier water supply which gave
cause for   health concern due to bacterial  limits  being above safety
levels .
