We do not hold any emails in this regard, and with respect to texts, the
Minster has released the relevant information , please see for example

With respect to the further information you seek , we are advised by
Vodafone that they are unable to provide that information without Ms
Hirschfeld’s permission , which is something we now cannot obtain. 
Vodafone’s advice follows for your information:

“Personal information, including information about the origination,
location and content of calls/texts, remains personal to the end user
Irrespective of who the requestor is, Vodafone will only supply personal
information under the following circumstances:

1.      Under a Court Order

2.      Under a statutory notice compelling production of the information

3.      Under a search warrant/production order compelling production of
the information

4.      Where there is an imminent threat to life or public safety

5.      At the request of the user who made the calls/sent the text
messages/generated the activity.  (Note: In this case. Only outbound
activity can be provided, not inbound.)

 

Supply of personal information outside of the criteria outlined above
would breach privacy rules, including the Privacy Act, the TIP Code and
our own policies.

The above points are not negotiable. If you have any questions with regard
to our privacy policies, they should be directed to our legal team.”
