I would like to request the guidelines or standards operation manuals or guidelines for completing the family court requests for s132 reports Care of Children Act 2004.
I want to know all procedures starting from the day the referral from the family court, including processing times and all details related to complete the s132 reports, the purpose from it and how the reports should be completed.
