Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

 

I am requesting information regarding the gender make-up of those invited
to present and speak at the Intelligent Transport Systems conference
organised by NZTA and held on 19th to 20th March 2018.  A link to the

I'm specifically asking not for the names of speakers invited but for the
gender break-down.  I'd appreciate the information presented as follows:

 

Speakers invited:  number of Men, Women, Gender diverse Speakers
accepted:  number of Men, Women, Gender diverse Where a speaker declined
or had to cancel, were they replaced by someone of the same gender
identity?  Eg where a man was invited to fill a slot and declined or
accepted and then had to cancel, were they replaced by another man, a
woman or someone identifying as gender diverse.
