* a copy of the complaint lodged with Massey University about Mike Joy,
and all related correspondence with them;

* all documents (including, but not limited to, advice, briefings,
reports, and emails) relating to the complaint. I'm interested in the
process by which the EPA came to this decision, how it was initiated and
by whom, and whether the EPA considered its obligations under s14 of the
NZBORA. Please note that the OIA covers _information_, not documents, so
if the relevant information is held in someone's head (e.g. as a
recollection of an oral discussion), they can write it down for me.

* a list of any other organisations the EPA has lodged complaints about
Mike Joy with, including the nature of the complaint, the date it was
lodged, and the outcome (if known). [brief detail of the subject matter of
the request].

 

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 13 April 2018, being 20 working days after the day
your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by
then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
