Does the New Zealand Police hold a license or any permission that
authorizes the New Zealand Police to make British standard 3621 available
for public download or viewing?

Has the New Zealand Police ever held a license or any permission to make
British standard 3621 available for public download or viewing via the New
Zealand Polices' public website?

Why was the link to British standard 3621 removed from the New Zealand
Polices' website?
