Hi Megan

Thank you for your email. You are correct that there was an error in our acknowledgement with the calculation of the 20 working days. Your email was sent on Saturday 27 January which is not a working day. Therefore the request is calculated from Monday 29 January the first working day following your request. The 20 working day deadline is therefore Monday 26 February not 5 March we previously advised.

We are on track to have the response with you on Monday. We will be in touch if there is any delay.

Regards
Ministerials NZQA
