·        Your most recent annual report (2015-16) shows receivables of
$58,791,000 for levies, fines and penalties.  Can you provide a breakdown
of how much of this amount is levies, and how much relates to fines and
penalties please?

 

·        Can you please also advise the amount of fines and penalties
written off in the 2015-16 period?
