Could you provide statistics on the number of lecturer and teaching staff terminated because of poor performance? Under what circumstances would their quality of teaching be considered too poor?

In particular:
The number of terminations due to poor performance per year.
The roles (a simple list - no need for numbers) per year e.g.

2015: 3 - Senior Lecturer, Teaching Fellow
