Subject: Official Information request - Occurrence of Laminitis in Sheep, Cows and Horses

Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,

Please provide information on the occurrence of laminitis in sheep, cows and horses over the past 5 years. I am specifically interested in the number of reported cases of laminitis for each of the three animals for each of these 5 years. For instance if information could be provided that said there were 'x' reported cases of laminitis in horses in 2016, 'x' reported cases of laminitis in cows in 2016 and so on.
