Dear Ministry of Defence,
I would like to request copies of all the files you hold on the ABC arrests and trials which took place between 1977 and 1978.

Although the court case was in the United Kingdom, as a partner in signals intelligence the New Zealand Ministry of Defence would have been briefed on the trial for security reasons.
I would like copies of any information it holds in relation to the arrests and trials.

While MoD was responsible for signals intelligence at the time, the relevant records may have been transferred to GCSB. In fact, I'm surprised they weren't consulted as well.
