Dear MidCentral District Health Board,

I am writing to request some information under the official information act. My questions do not have any intent beyond wanting to know some information about the DHB that I am presently under. I hope the requests are not to cumbersome to reply to.

The information I request is as follows:

1. I would like to know the waiting times to be seen by each speciality in the DHB currently, based on whatever triage methods that are used (for example: Very Urgent, Urgent, Routine etc.).

2. I would like to know how many patients are treated by the alcohol and drug service and further to that how many patients are treated with Methadone and Suboxone (Buprenorphine and Naloxone) (I would like specific numbers for each of these medications) for opioid replacement therapy.

3. I would finally ask for the average stay for an inpatient psychiatric patient (for both regular and elder care) and the difference in the average stay for someone who has been "sectioned" and someone who has been admitted by other means.
