This link provides you with a list of the manual and procedures guide used by staff to determine people's entitlement to the vast range of financial assistance available to them. If you Select the Income Support Tab, Extra Help or Main Benefits a list of all of the financial assistance will appear.

If you require any further assistance, please visit your local Work and Income Office, a staff member will be able to assist you.
