On 21st Jun 2017 3 samples were received from Investigator Tom Rawdon TGR14742
Owners Name: Melissa Stark. Species Rabbit.
Test were conducted by B.Binney.

The results were:
Sample RHDV Initial Screen RHDV Sequencing,
1 Postive RHDV1-V351 Field Strain. RHDV1 V351 -Derived field Strain.
2 Postive RHDV1-V351 Field Strain. RHDV1 V351 -Derived field Strain.
3 Postive RHDV1-V351 Field Strain. RHDV1 V351 -Derived field Strain.

Please provide full details of test results and what the "derived field" strain is known as including its sequence / strain number.
Is the derived field strain new to NZ?
Is it know why it only affected does?
What work is being done to find out how far this derived strain has spread?
what work is being done to contain this derived strain?
Is it known how this derived strain occurred?
