The information provided in a pdf document should be:
Type 3 MAN appliance faults, including each individual appliance that was blacklisted as a result of these faults.(Such as Auckland 207, Grey Lynn 261...)

Also, the relief trucks that are currently in the spots of those blacklisted appliances (Relief 400 - Auckland City Rescue 207...)
