Subject: Official Information request - Recapitation of Onerahi Primary School

Dear Ministry of Education,
I would like to request details in regards to the request by Onerahi Primary School for Recapitation, in particular any information and details on the reasons around the request being declined by the Ministry of Education, and any communications from other parties that may have contributed to the request being declined.

In particular, the letter sent to the Board of Trustees on 22 August 2016 stated 'some of the schools within your local network have expressed concern about the change', I would like to know what concerns were raised by the other schools.
