Hi there, could I please request a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding between the MPI and the RNZSPCA that, amongst other things, sets out the accountability arrangements, financial arrangements and management responsibilities of the RNZSPCA as an approved organisation under the Animal Welfare Act 1999 and Animal Welfare Amendment Act 2015?
