I am requesting all video footage of Pike River Mine (including, but not limited to CCTV, Bore Hole Cameras, Robot Video Footage).
I can provide a P.O. Box for this information to be posted to.
For the purposes of the Act, I am a New Zealand citizen and residing in New Zealand at the time of making this request. You generally have 20 working days to respond to this notice, as required by law. Your response will be published publicly on the fyi.org.nz website.

“I am requesting all video footage of Pike River Mine (including, but not
limited to CCTV, Bore Hole Cameras, Robot Video Footage)”
I am of the opinion that the information to which your request relates is
more closely connected with the functions of Solid Energy than with the
Office of the Acting Minister of Conservation for Pike River Issues.
Accordingly, pursuant to section 14 of the Act, I have transferred your
request to the Chair of Solid Energy, Andy Coupe, for action. Mr Coupe
has 20 working days from the date of receipt of the transfer to make a
decision on your request.

As outlined on my 4 May reply, I suspect the Ministers office also holds the information requested.
Official information means any information held by an agency subject to the OIA or LGOIMA. It does not matter where the information first came from, as long as it is held by the Minister. For example, the information could have been created by a third party and sent to the Minister, or it could be in the memory of an employee of the Minister. I respectfully refer you to the "Making Offical Information Act Requests" document by the Ombudsman.

Further, please provide video footage of Borehole 47 to your website (or to dropbox.com) that you believe contains imagery of a body redacted (or edited to have this removed), to respect the privacy of the families, further while not breaching the Royal Commission of Enquiry's suppression order.
